Get Involved
CSEL is building an evidence base and making it available to state and judicial decision makers in order that their decisions can be based on the best up-to-date, empirical knowledge.
For example, we are currently writing a review of the literature on Memory, specifically focusing on aspects of knowledge about memory which are relevant to the asylum process - such as consistency, accuracy, memory for traumatic experiences and cultural differences in the way things are remembered. This piece of work is currently unfunded.
There are many ways that you can get involved with CSEL.
