Mary has held secretarial positions in a number of industries and professions. Her first position was as a junior secretary to the Regional General Manager, North East Team at Midland Bank Headquarters. She retired 2 years ago from her position as P.A. to the Chief Executive and Owner of a small group of companies operating in the care home and hotel sector.

Mary’s roles have always exceeded the job description for secretary/PA. For example she was responsible for obtaining Work Permits for nursing staff for the care homes and was responsible for getting ‘A’ status under the new immigration system.
